Who we are
Butterfly Buyers is a buyer's agency based in Loulé, Algarve, Portugal. This page explains how we handle your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
We only collect information necessary to reply to your enquiry and provide our services: name, email, phone number, nationality, country of residence, indicative budget, preferred area, property type, timeline and any message you send.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a tailored property brief, coordinate viewings and, if you engage us, deliver the buyer representation service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except trusted service providers (email, CRM, legal partners) strictly to deliver our service.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent when submitting the form; performance of a contract when you engage us; and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our service.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymise it. Client records are kept as required by Portuguese law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@butterflybuyers.com.
