Why Albufeira?
This has been our playing field since 2017. We have built two modern villas here, renovated an older house, and run our own short-term rental, "Butterfly Mystery" (Superhost, Guest Favourite). Short-term rental (AL) yields here are among the best in the Algarve.

7 to 9% gross with well-managed short-term rental (AL). Note the capping of AL licences since 2024 in certain parishes — we systematically check this before any purchase.
