Entrepreneurs, married for 28 years — we love carrying projects forward and guiding others through theirs.
Our Algarve story began in 2017 with the purchase of a plot in Alcantarilha and the construction of a modern 4-bedroom villa with pool. In 2018 we bought another plot, designed the project, secured the permits, resold it, then built a second modern villa in Albufeira.
Since 2022, we have guided investors through the acquisition of 7 buildings in Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia and Albufeira.
In August 2022 we bought an old house in Albufeira's old town, renovated it entirely and — since April 2023 — run our own short-stay operation on butterfly-mystery.com. In 2021 we also acquired La Parenthèse Nature in France, fully redesigned as a prestige rental.
On Airbnb we are Superhosts and our main property is a Guest Favourite. Today, we bring this hands-on experience to buyers arriving in Algarve — because a good investment starts with a good purchase, and avoiding the traps is in our DNA.
